PRIOR TO PURCHASING ONLINE, please call to see if we have, or can obtain your desired item. Often, we can do so at a lower cost through our stock and distributors than you can on an auction site!
ALL FIREARMS MUST BE MASSACHUSETTS COMPLIANT!
OUR TANSFER FEE IS $65.00 PER ITEM IF IT IS NOT OBTAINABLE THROUGH PATRIOT FIREARMS.
Though there is always no charge FOR DUTY AND OFF DUTY PISTOLS ONLY for ACTIVE Military, Veterans and Law Enforcement.
TRANSFER FEE WILL BE $100.00 PER ITEM IF THE ITEM CAN BE OBTAINED BY PATRIOT FIREARMS.
If you do have a firearm transferred to us, you MUST call the store at 978-356-1908 and let us know!
IF A MASSACHUSETTS NON-COMPLIANT FIREARM IS SHIPPED TO US, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TRANSFER FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF THE FIREARM.
Then, the FFL SENDER/SELLER of the firearm may email a request for a copy of our FFL PatriotFirearmsMA@gmail.com.
Please do not ask us for this form. Email requests must come from the FFL you are buying from.
